Teledipity PREMIUM Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription, your subscription will automatically renew for the same subscription period/terms as originally purchased.

To avoid any future unwanted charges, you must cancel your subscription before the expiration of any free trial period, subscription period, or renewal pursuant to the terms and conditions of this service and any third-party payment platforms such as iTunes or Google Play.

Your account is set to auto-renew and we follow these refund policies:

  • We don’t offer refunds for PREMIUM subscription payments or renewal payments. If you don’t want your subscription to renew automatically, you can let us know by emailing premium[at]teledipity.com. You must let us know of your intend to not renew at least 24 hours before your renewal payment is processed. So long as we receive this email more than 24 hours before your renewal date, we will cancel all future payments and disable all subscription renewals.
  • Subscriptions purchased directly through the Google Play and Apple Appstores must be cancelled directly on your device. Click here for instructions.

Important Notice for PREMIUM Subscribers who purchased their subscription from the Apple Appstore or Google Play:

Please note that deleting your account and/or mobile application from your device does not automatically cancel your subscription. Teledipity SAPI de CV is not responsible for the cancelation of any purchases.

Digital Products

Digital products such as FLOW Calendars and PDF reports are not exchangeable and are non-refundable.

Suspensions and Account Terminations

In the event that Teledipity suspends or terminates your account for your breach of our Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge and agree that you will receive no refund or exchange for any unused time on a Subscription, any Subscription Fees for any portion of the Services, any Content associated with your account, or for anything else.
